The Truth! About Felicia Day

truthaboutfeliciadayI made a stupid, but funny, video. I did it because I need some practice. Writing, video editing, speaking – I got some practice in it all. When I make another video, I’ll be able to do it better.

I watch a lot of media and remember a lot of things. I’m also pretty good at finding stuff. This was an attempt to put those skills to good use. I actually laughed hard enough I had to take a break a couple of times while I was putting it together, so even if you hated it the time was worth it to me.

Felicia Day is awesome. I’m not obsessed with her, but I do subscribe to Geek & Sundry’s YouTube channel and I keep an eye open for her name because I’m generally pleased with the results. That’s why I watched Supernatural, the show that inspired this video. I don’t normally follow the show, but since Ms. Day was on it I made sure to tune it. It was the second time I tuned in. The first time was the first time she was on it. There’s a theme there. (Not that Supernatural is a bad show, it’s that I consume too much media as it is and I don’t have time to fit it in.)

At some point during the show, I thought that it would be funny if Felicia Day was actually part of a conspiracy to kill all of the world’s orcs. A few days later I couldn’t let go of the joke, so I put this together. Got to start somewhere, eh? Why not start with a tribute video dressed up as a conspiracy theory expose?

Next time, I’ll tackle either Kevin Smith or atheists. I haven’t decided yet.
